Remedies:

   You agree that any and all disputes arising out of use of this web site, its products or services, will be subject to and resolved through arbitration.   "Dispute" includes, but is not limited to, claims for breach of contract (express or implied), tort claims (including claims for personal or emotional injury) or claims for violation of any state, federal or other governmental law, statute, regulation or ordinance.  The parties agree that final and binding arbitration shall be the sole and exclusive remedy for resolving any claims arising out of any dispute and that any court action is expressly waived.  Any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be held in Okaloosa County, State of Florida, USA.

    Our web site is built by humans and subject to human frailties including typographical error.  In the event a product or merchandise is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Hughes Display Group, Inc.,  reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at the incorrect price prior to or after credit card charges have been applied.  In the event a refund is due, it will be processed immediately and a credit issued in the amount of the charge.
