Ordering Display Cases:
All prices
listed on our website are shown in U.S. Dollars.
Orders for display cases are accepted via our Online
Order Form or our Fax Order Form.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
All Special Orders Sales are FINAL.
We will contact you immediately upon receipt of your order to
discuss options and shipping alternatives. We require
acknowledgement and acceptance of the full cost (merchandise +
shipping) prior to any order being processed. We
also require acknowledgment and acceptance of cost on all
custom order merchandise.
Payment Methods:
We accept payment for orders
by the following methods: Visa, Master Card, Discover or American
Express. We also accept personal or company checks,
cashier's checks and certified checks.
Sales
tax of 7.5% percent is required on all shipments received
inside the State of Florida. In addition, a number of
states are now requiring distributors to charge sales and/or
use tax on merchandise received within their respective
states.
At the present time, our Web Order Form is not secure.
We do not ask for, and please do not enter, any credit card
information on that form! We will obtain the necessary
payment information from you when we contact you to discuss
your order and shipping.
Stock
Availability:
Display cases and showcases, other
than those cases listed in our "Quick Ship" program may or may
not be available in stock for immediate shipment.
Display Case Showcase must arrange for the manufacture of
custom and accessorized display cases at the time an order is
placed. The manufacture time for display cases can range
from less than one week up to six weeks depending upon the
product and custom features and options required by you.
We do everything possible, whenever possible, to get your
merchandise to you on or before the date you need it.
"Quick Ship" display cases are stock merchandise and are
shipped within 72 hours of placing your order excluding
weekends and holidays.
Suspicious Orders:
Display
Case Showcase reserves the right to refuse any order it
believes to be fraudulent or suspicious in nature. No
order will be fulfilled without complete billing and shipping
information. A day time telephone number, contact person
and contact email address are required for order processing.
