We take pride in the quality of our showcases,
display cases and merchandising products. There is
the rare occasion when a customer is not satisfied and wishes
to return his or her merchandise. Returns are
handled as follows:
1.
ALL CUSTOM ORDER SALES ARE FINAL.
Any modification or change made to our
standard showcases or display cases will result in a
"custom" showcase purchase.
2. All
requests for return of merchandise must be made within 24
hours of receipt of goods and must be returned for cause.
3. Each
and every return request on stock displays will be evaluated
at the time the request is made. If the request for
return is found to have merit, we can accept the stock display
case into our inventory. A restocking charge of
fifteen (15%) percent, plus any and all freight charges will
remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
4. Any
stock display case returned to us must be re-crated in same or
similar packaging material and style. We strive to crate
our merchandise to prevent damage during transit.
Any case being returned must adhere to the same standard.
5. Any
and all damage and/or claims that arise during shipment back
to our facilities will be the sole responsibility of customer.
