Display Case Shipping
and Delivery Options:
Unless
otherwise specified, all display cases, showcases, kiosks,
carts or other display purchases are shipped via common
carrier or freight line. Some displays ship via UPS and
are clearly identified as such.
Display Cases are shipped within the Continental U.S. and
Mexico.
Shipping
Costs:
Shipping costs are determined by
the weight of your shipment and proximity to the shipping
factory. Display Case Showcase will determine the most
efficient shipping method for you unless you specifically
request a shipping preference.
Prices are F.O.B. origin.
Display Case Showcase will provide you with a total cost for
your order (including freight and/or shipping charges) after a
convenient and cost effective carrier has been located.
Shipping costs must be approved by the customer prior to any
product shipment.
If additional shipping charges might be incurred other than
those originally quoted by Display Case Showcase, we will
notify you immediately and prior to shipment to obtain
approval for the additional charges and/or to discuss
alternative shipping arrangements.
Display Case Showcase does not accept responsibility for
damage to merchandise resulting from negligence or mishandling
by a common carrier. Please read our
Damaged
Merchandise Policy for information regarding the handling of
damaged merchandise claims.
Shipping
Policy:
Display cases and showcases are
insured against loss or damage while the cases are in transit.
You will be notified, via email, whne your case(s) are
shipped. You will also be provided with a delivery date
upon notification of shipment. We guarantee delivery of
all items except in cases where the address supplied is
incorrect or incomplete or if the recipient has moved or is
away. In the event an incorrect or incomplete address
has been provided, you will be liable for payment of the
purchase price and shipping charges even if the purchase
arrives late.
We do not deliver merchandise to
Post Office boxes as merchandise must be signed for at time of
delivery.
We cannot deliver display cases or showcases to a residence.
Residential customers who wish to purchase a display case for
use at the home or other place, must make arrangements to
receive the display cases at a local truck terminal. If
you are receive a display case at a location that does not
have a loading dock, lift gate service is available for an
additional fee. The trucking company delivers your
showcase to your loading dock or place of business only.
The do not remove the case from the truck, nor will they bring
the case inside your place of business. It is the
customer's responsibility to see to it that arrangements are
made to transport and uncrate the display case after receipt.
Although we endeavor to have your delivery to you on or before
the requested date, the delivery date given is an approximate
time frame from the date your display cases are shipped to the
time you receive them.
"Quick Ship" display cases leave the factory within 72 hours
of placing your order. "Quick Ship" display cases
are shipped F.O.B. factory. "Quick Ship" display cases
are indicated on our website as such and are available, using
this program, only when ordered as specified. Any change
or modification to a "Quick Ship" display case may result in a
delay in shipment.
The actual date a display case order is received is contingent
upon several factors including whether we have the chosen
product in stock and the time necessary to build your display
case or showcase with the options and accessories required to
produce your display case to your specifications.
We will promptly contact you to let you know the approximate manufacture time of
your cases and the anticipated shipping date.
